Mini Panel 2020-21

We were delighted to welcome David Watson from Aberdeen to the club this evening to give his expert feedback on our Mini Panel competition. This year, to mix things up a bit, we invited members to submit a Triptych - designed in any way they wished, on any subject of their choosing. The variety submitted was terrific!

There had to be winners in the end, and David chose the following top three panels, and three more worthy of commendation.

The winner was Beryl Woodger with her "Yellow Tulip" panel

In second place, Lynn Stout's "Urban Fox Cub"

In third place, John Griffith's moody "Reflections"

Commended was Iain Wilson's "Match of the Day"

Anne May's "A Delicious Discovery"

and Ben Freeman's "Small Blue- Cupido Minimus"

Huge thanks to David for such thorough and constructive comments throughout, a really enjoyable and informative evening for everyone.
