Annual Image Competition Round 2

Steve Whittaker returned to St Andrews Hall, Brechin, to present the results and give his constructuve comments on the prints submitted for Round 2 of the Annual Image Competition. It was an entertaining and interesting evening and a great pleasure to be able to view the prints on display in the hall.

There was a very wide range of subject matter in the open competition as can be seen in the winning images below and in the Gallery.

First place in Division 2 was -

Heading Home: A Look Back At The Isle of May by Charlie Allison

A Woodland Walk by Haz Fairweather was second in Division 2.

Third equal was Birthday Girl by Bianca Henderson.

Also in third place was Pub and Pyramid by Zander Cargill.

In Division 1 the winning image was

Too Much Blusher bu Ian Bain.

Small Blue on Kidney Vetch by Ben Freeman was in second place.

In thrid place in Division 1 was Retreating Storm by Anne May.
